Snuggled in a cozy valley, high up in the hills, with tall forest peaks towering around it, Sai Farm is as cut off from the world as you can get. You can't find it on a map, there is no sound of traffic, no smell of fumes, and it is thankfully ignored by the cell phone towers.

Hidden away from anything that resembles modern civilization, Sai Farm is an oasis of peace. The location offers enthralling expanses of wilderness, river, hospitality, and cleanliness. Stay in your choice of tastefully designed pabal domes or fabulous riverview rooms with your own enclosed verandah. Sai Farm beautifully blends elements of luxury and comfort with nature and village-type exteriors and interiors.

Wake up to the whisper of leaves and the sound of the flowing river punctuated only by the occasional call of birds and peacocks. Experience the view of a breathtaking sunrise across the river with migratory ducks doting the twilight sky. The organic farmhouse is surrounded by a variety of birds, deer, hares, occasional wild boars, and thousands of fruiting and flowering trees.

Sai Farm in Kolad, just 120 km from Mumbai or Pune, is the perfect weekend getaway in Maharashtra. It is nestled along the gentle flowing Kundalika river where one can go trekking, fishing, swimming, bird watching, or just drifting through the whole day, doing nothing. At Sai Farm, you stay with friends. Nature plays host and you can relax, recharge, and revive your spirit.

This charming resort is the perfect choice for picnics, parties, get-togethers, family outings, rest and recuperation, and above all, peace and solitude. Laze in the natural swimming pool, play badminton, cricket, or football on the grounds, or enjoy a match of table tennis, darts, chess, or carrom with friends. You can enjoy the gentle rhythm of the river with a swim or gliding on a handcrafted raft. We also arrange guided treks, white water rafting (16 rapids, 12km stretch, 3 hours stint), kayaking, canoeing, rapelling, and more. It is a unique learning experience for the children who are living in the city.

The kitchen dishes out the most authentic food, Malwani, Goan, Punjabi, Chinese, etc where you rediscover your tastebuds and enjoy an explosion of fusion cuisine. Divine food is not cooked, it is composed.
