yea, we read the book. well, the book is like 5 pages of reading, and then basically just a huge list of differents foods and what you should eat/avoid.
basically, it's like no carbs for 2 weeks. that's phase 1 of the diet, and you're supposed to lose 7-13 pounds during that phase. then in phase 2 you start to add carbs back slowly, but none of the starchy carbs. . .just more veggies and fruit and stuff. they had a couple of recipes, too. so the 3 of us can take turns cooking for each other, and it'll be good if we're all doing it!
oh yea, and during phase 1, the strict no-carb phase. . .no alcohol! so. . this should save me and jackie some money :)
