i'm chipper because i woke up this morning to good sex (yeah, jess being away for the weekend!) AND i signed my lease saturday and met my new landlords - retired hippies. they seem AWESOME! they didn't ask for my bank account numbers or lots of references like the last people and they seem super super sweet! and . . . i can have a dog :) they are totally cool with pets :)
