gucci fashion show :)

one of my coworkers brian is totally tapped into the fashionable network in ny - he just got back from a 4 day trip to nice just for the hell of it, and liz (my intern) and i were just chatted with him about his trip and he was like i have a lot of invitations to fashion week if you girls want to come with me. then he comes back 5 min later saying he has 4 tickets to gucci on tues night with an after party after that!!!!! im so excited. i have NO idea what to wear to something like this...

overall im in the best mood. i took yesterday off to go to the open again. we sat in box seats, 10 rows up and had a suite to go to for air conditioning and food. it was great. nalini auntie met satyan and was raving about how great he is to my mom :) it felt nice to hear all that...

megan - want to come to ny tomorrow?? im thorwing a bday party for satyan and verlaine (the place i died at after my bday....) his friends think im the coolest gf for getting him the whole seinfeld dvd set and open tickets and throwing this party for him :) im excited...

my fam (everyone - parents, grandparents, sashank, and kerry) are coming for dinner on sunday...my mom asked if id invite him to that and i really want to but im kind of weirded out to have dinner with the 8 of us...that seems like a big move for me...anyway ill ask him about it tonight...
