on the yoga note - is the high intensity/westerners are stupid because you can't understand meditative yoga until you've gained enlightenment through the torture version of yoga? i know i'm saying it wrong, but they had a guy on the news talking about it and showed shots of the work out and it was all basically in shape looking people bending themselves and holding it and sweat dripping from there bodies and muscles twitching - it looked scary . . .
