:)

your blogs made me smile, megan. i love your happy random rambling :) i haven't seen the lisa loeb show that you mentioned, although i've heard of it. i don't watch too much television, though. i only like grey's anatomy. correction: i love grey's anatomy. i'm obsessed with it :) i've definitely never heard of the other show you mentioned with chris o'donnel, and i have no idea who adam goldberg is.

anyway, i'm glad your crazy work days are over. and yes, you should definitely put your foot down! no more going to the lab after 10pm -- that's just crazy.

the carrie email for jen chen's bday thing is so weird. anusha mentioned that she received the invitation last saturday, and i thought it was so weird that i didn't get it. it actually bothers me. i last saw carrie and jen in december, one random night that ekta was in town and i met up with them at a bar. both jen and carrie were really friendly and we all did the usual "i can' t believe we live in the same city and never see each other, let's hang out" bit. if we had a carrie/jen falling out, i sure wasn't aware of it. i know it's silly and i shouldn't let something like this bother me, but it does . . .

sorry meg, but i'm definitely not going to vegas for the class reunion. as fun as it sounds, i've been planning on going to vegas for halloween with jackie, evelyn, jessie aleman, and anyone else who's interested. do any of you want to come?? we started planning it right after last halloween, before i found out that our class reunion would be there. the weekend of our reunion is also the same as jackie's birthday, and i think she'd kill me if i wasn't around to celebrate her birthday, especially after i made her go on a cruise for my birthday last year.

i went to a juanes concert last night! i love doing fun, unexpected things. jackie called me yesterday afternoon saying someone at her work had 2 extra tickets to the juanes concert in jersey, so we could go if we were willing to go through the mission of rushing out of work, getting a car (zipcar, baby!), and driving to newark. . .anyway, the concert was awesome, and we had great seats! it was the same tour that we saw in boston last year, though, and i thought the boston show was better. he was amazing in both shows, but i just think there was a lot more energy and enthusiasm in the boston crowd. anyway, it was great seeing him again. i just love all the lyrics to his songs, and how much he loves colombia and how much he cares about all the problems going on in colombia right now.

i have no crazy weekend plans. i think i've partied a little too much the past couple of weekends, so i'd like to lie low and just relax. the two highlights of my weekend: curious george with jackie and julia, and brunch on sunday with free mimosas and rupa and jackie (and nush if you want to join us)!

whoa, i should get back to work.
