this weekend was amazing. my parents did such a good job with the party and all the meals/mini parties surrounding the main event on saturday. it didnt even feel like there were 500 people there (im sure it did to sasahnk and kerrybecause they had to stand in a receiving line) but i loved it! and of course everyone loved satyan (not that im surprised). he has now met every one in my family minus 3 uncles in india. we got back sunday afternoon and then went out to dinner with 4 of my cousins sunday night at vatan a vegetarian all you can eat idnian restaurant. it was really good! a little expensive but really goood.

this sunday he is playing at carnegie hall. i cant wait! there are going to be like 600 people there also, apparently the show is almost sold out. i wish my parents could come but since they havent met his parents we decided this wasnt the right venue for that.
