i've been working too much this week. by the end of today (which ends at 9pm for me) i'll have worked 35 hours. yeah, yeah - i know you *big city girls* think of that as just a typical day in the life but monday i was here until 2:30am. it was a painful day - i was here at 8am until noon, back at 4 until 6:30 and then here again at 9pm. so, i think i should get paid time and a half from 11pm until 2 am because that just seems wrong.

need to figure out what to do with my stuff for the month of july
need to figure out if megan and i are going to vegas

once those two things are done i think ill be more relaxed (although knowing my life im sure as soon as thats done something else will come up)

still busy

even though im not studying life still is so busy! last night was my first night of nothing to do. it felt good.

i need to start going to the gym, start reading more, and explore much more of NY thats the plan :) weekends are super busy from now till the end of the summer (which is why im still hesitating about vegas :-/)

im back :)

the weekend was wonderful!

thursday we went to a julia roberts show (we = anusha, satyan, julie, jackie, ellen, patty, liz). the show was ehh but i love julia roberts so im glad we went. friday satyan took me to a really fancy italian rest near his apt that weve always wanted to go to. then we went to verlaine (same place i died at last year on my bday). it was really fun like 30 people or so during the whole evening. of interest to you - anthony, chirag, ameya, i think those are the only non standard people you might want to know about.

THANKS FOR THE GIFT!!! im really excited to go to that rest. i havent had time to look it up and read reviews but i will. I think we will go in july - the rest of this month is crazy with moving etc etc...

kerry slept over on friday night. it was really fun to be with just her. i missed my brother but i liked bonding with her. on saturday she bought me breakfast at sullivan bakery - it was really fun. then i met satyan at 11 to go to NJ. we went to his house (of course his mom made all my favorite foods) they got me a cake. at night we went to a wedding reception. our friends bought me a cake and called me up to cut it and everyone sang happy birthday to me!! it was fun. sunday morning we (satyans parents, satyan and i) went to atlantic city. id never been there before but it was really fun. we just hung out on the boardwalk played at a few slot machines walked on the beach etc. we came back on monday afternoon....

my mom is coming today to spend the night.

thats it :) all in all a great weekend!

the fun for june has begun :) satyan and i went out for an awesome dinner last night then came home and watched notting hill. it was a wonderful evening.

now im cleaning and the fam( mom dad sashank kerry satyan his parents) are all coming for dinner at 4, then i go to ct for a doctors apt but also for a day of hanging out with my paretns. my dad even took the day off - he hasnt taken a random day off to hang out without a trip etc my entire life :)

its almost over!

this is what i dreamt about last night!! i thought i memorized them and then still got the question wrong on a practice exam...and this morning, after my terrible night of sleep i have it memorized without even looking to make sure i was right. just woke up and wrote it down. this is disgusting. this test is so stupid.

i did read the blog (about 2 minutes after i wrote the email, actually :) ) i'm totally willing to keep up pretenses, its why i haven't asked yon about vegas. well, honestly i hadn't gotten so far as to think about your hair - more that both of those two people are so clingy - i don't want to be responsible for another person's entertainment in a town i've never been to.

i just went to parking and got my permit changed to a much closer lot! i know longer after to take a bus from my parking lot!!!!!

jules, are you reconsidering going to vegas now? you and cari could hang out the WHOLE WEEKEND! ohmygod it would be so fun! :)

megan did you see what i wrote about vegas?

also....i kind of got in a bind about it yesterday - cari IMed me, and for some stupid reason i asked her if she was going. she said she didnt know and only wanted to go if people she liked were going. of course immediately she asked if julie was going :) i said no (maybe that will make her not want to go since she thinks julie is so cool :) but then she was like well if you go ill go so we can share a room...

i got scared - i dont think id want to room with her anyway, but given the fact that i have no hair, there are a very limited number of people i think i feel comfortable stayng with - megan you make that list!! so....i lied and said that edgar and satyan were probably coming...satyan hasnt said yes or no and will probably be a no, but i think if we go we should keep up the pretense that they are both coming....

anyway blog - so i get study breaks!!!
