i'm proud that i didn't order the spicy crispy chicken.

i'm proud that i turned OFF the tv and am working at the desk.

i'm proud i got up early and sat to work by 10am.

i'm sad that its 10pm and i've done nothing.

i'm sad that i still can't just sit and work but i start surfing etc.
